Lead Generation Tip - Radio Advertising
This can be a very cheap medium that acts only as a background medium. You can get a little bit carried away when you hear your name being played out on the radio and it should never be an ego trip. As with all advertising, the objective is to make a sale. Your radio advert is going to have to LEAP out and speak to them. If you are thinking of running a special advertised offer within the next 2 weeks, or for a limited time, radio is probably one of the best ways to create an urgency that asks for people to respond.
1. The Time of day is key to your success. Breakfast & drive time are the most listened to programs, so pay the extra.
2. Make sure your advert sells - it must be benefit orientated not feature orientated,
3. Make an offer people have to respond to.
